Returns & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the delicate and premium nature of silk sarees, returns and exchanges are governed under the following conditions.


Eligible Return Conditions

Returns or exchanges shall be accepted only if:

    • Wrong product is delivered
    • Product received is damaged during transit
    • Genuine manufacturing defect exists

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email or WhatsApp with:

    • Order details
    • Unboxing video
    • Supporting images/videos

Return Eligibility Conditions

Products must:

    • Be unused and unwashed
    • Have original tags intact
    • Be returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Customized sarees
    • Sarees with fall/pico done
    • Altered products
    • Clearance sale items
    • Discounted promotional products

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to quality verification and approval by our support team.


International Orders

International return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes shall be borne by the customer wherever applicable.
